Copenhagen Architecture Festival is excited to share with you the full festival program of CAFx 2023's edition Life Form! We can't wait to introduce you to all the events and activities unfolding the interconnection of environmentalism and architecture that we have planned for this year's Festival, taking place 1-11 June.

Everybody is invited to come down to our friends Åben Brewery in the Meatpacking District for the Program Launch, with music, free drinks and flødeboller sponsored by Glean. You will be able to enjoy the opening speech by Josephine Michau, Director and Chief Curator of Copenhagen Architecture Festival and grab a copy of our special program paper enriched with contributions by architectural theorist David Gissen, artist Anna Linke, writers collective Center for Militant Futurologi, queer-feminist architect Simen Sorthe, and many more.

Later in the evening, Søren Pihlmann will talk about his architecture project at Åben, and there will be a performance by artist Didde Borup Larsen.

We offer our first 100 guests a free drink and it will be possible to purchase food from Åben's kitchen until 22:00. Music is playing all night until 2:00!  



About Didde Borup Larsen
Didde Borup Larsen (b. 1997, they/them), graduated with their BFA at Bergen Academy of Art and Design in 2022. Through performative multi-media, they tell tales of reconstructive role-play entangled within BDSM culture, sensitive robotics, and care for otherness. With curious and playful alternatives for futuristic narratives, they strive towards dismantling and regenerating history across species.
