How to create events for the 2025 CAFx Biennial Programme

1. Create a new event – Enter title, description, date, location and other relevant information.
2. Submit for approval – We review your contributions on an ongoing basis and will respond as quickly as possible.
3. Upon approval of your event, an invoice will be issued.*
4. Following receipt of payment, we will do a final review of your event before publication.*

* Only paying partners will be issued an invoice, if you have a free plan you will not be charged for creating an event.

All approved events will be part of our marketing and press coverage, and you will get a visible spot in the biennial's program.
