Join us for the first installment of Slow Bar – our weekly event series during the Biennial – delving into the themes of the Slow Down Group Exhibition.

This evening you can look forward to a conversation between David A. Garcia, architect and professor at KADK, who is featured in the exhibition, and Kristoffer Lindhardt Weiss, publisher at Danish Architectural Press.

The event will focus on Garcia’s participation in the group exhibition, but also serve as a book launch for Garcia’s new book Extreme Environments - Architectural Possibilities for a Challenged World out via Danish Architectural Press. The book is an examination of the intersections between technology, culture, and environment through the lens of architecture, defining an architectural method for considerate design in some of the world's most extreme settings and pressing challenges.

Slow Bar is an opportunity to wind down after working hours, while listening to conversations at the intersection of art and architecture. We will be serving our signature Biennial Beer, made in collaboration with To ØL.

DA:
