Hands On: Langbordsmiddag

Slaatto Morsbøl har teamet op med fotograf og madentusiast Molly Munksgaard og inviterer dig til en stående langbordsmiddag, hvor vi sammen forener mad og arkitektur. Som en parallel til udstillingens hovedfokus – at genanvende eksisterende byggeressourcer – vil middagen tage udgangspunkt i lokale, vegetariske og sæsonbestemte råvarer. Til arrangementet løfter vi sløret for det endelige resultat af tidligere workshops, som besøgende på udstillingen i fællesskab har været med til at skabe.

Slaatto Morsbøl has teamed up with photographer and food enthusiast Molly Munksgaard and invites you to a standing long-table dinner, where we bring together food and architecture. As a parallel to the exhibition’s main focus – reusing existing building resources – the dinner will be based on local, vegetarian, and seasonal ingredients. During the event, we will unveil the final result of previous workshops, which exhibition visitors have helped create collectively.
