As part of the Copenhagen Architecture Biennale, we offer tours of Nikolaj Tower, where you’ll also get brief insights into the church’s dramatic and fascinating history. St Nicholas Church is one of the oldest churches in Copenhagen, originally built in the early 13th century. It is named after Saint Nicholas, the patron saint of sailors, and is located close to the city’s harbour. Tickets are sold in the café on the day, on a first-come, first-served basis.
