Experiments Platform: On Alternative Architecture Education

Conversation
Credit:

ExP'25 participants and mentors, moderated by Paolo Patelli

Following the four Experiments' Platform happenings in Copenhagen, an open discussion will be held on the importance of experimentation and alternative education in the architecture field. The discussion will take an organic form of circle talks inspired by the reflections had during the Experiments' Platform process, involving the visitors.

The discussion will be held between the team of the Experiments' Platform - mentors Indrė Umbrasaitė, Paula Veidenbauma, Vano Ksnelashvili, Tuomas Toivonen, and fellows Guoda Šulskytė, Gabrielė Dužinskytė, Laura Norkūnaitė, and Erik Vojevodin. The discussion will be moderated by Paolo Patelli, architect, artist and researcher, living and working between Amsterdam and Copenhagen.

Experiments' Platform is an alternative education and mentorship program for emerging researchers and creatives working in architecture and closely related applied fields of art. It is a creative incubator where participants get tools to develop and present their work nationally and internationally, supported by an experienced team of mentors.
