Det Kgl. Bibliotek byder indenfor til læsesalon, hvor alle kan deltage i halvanden times skærmafgiftning i vores smukke, historiske Gammel Læsesal. Her får du, i selskab med andre læsere, mulighed for at dykke ned i den bog, der står og lokker på reolen, men som du aldrig lige har haft tid til at få begyndt på.

Alle er velkomne – undtagen skærmenes blå lys. Vi skifter smartphones ud med knitrende sider i en hyldest til den uafbrudte fordybelsesstund. Så kom, træk vejret dybt, og lad litteraturens verden finde roen i dig frem.

The Royal Library invites you to a reading salon, where everyone is welcome to take part in ninety minutes of screen detox in our beautiful, historic Gammel Læsesal. Here, in the company of fellow readers, you'll have the chance to dive into that book calling to you from the shelf — the one you've never quite found time to start.

Everyone is welcome – except the blue glow of screens. We’re swapping smartphones for rustling pages in a tribute to uninterrupted moments of deep focus. So come, take a deep breath, and let the world of literature awaken the calm within you.
