Suburban Byvækstvandring, på den ene og på den anden side af togbanen, bliver en guidet tour om byudviklingen i Hedehusene i samarbejde med Lokalhistorisk arkiv/Kroppedal Museum, Byudviklingsteamet Høje Taastrup kommune, Hedehusene Bibliotek, og lokale beboere. Hedehusene er mærket af en hæsblæsende suburban byudvikling med en fordobling af indbyggertallet på under ti år. Jernbanen skærer igennem på den ene side den gl. bymidte af Hedehusene og Nærheden på den anden side, et markant kontrastfuldt bebygget landskab lige til at adressere Biennalens centrale tema for i år: Slow Future.
