Følg tilblivelsen af policy-laboratoriet HouseEurope! To Build Law følger arkitektfirmaet bplus.xyz (b+) og undervisnings- og forskningsplatformen station.plus (s+), mens de etablerer HouseEurope! med det formål at foreslå reformer i byggebranchen og ændre kulturelle normer.
To Build Law følger tæt b+-teamet gennem forskellige faser af konceptualisering og udvikling af et europæisk borgerinitiativ, der skal fremme RENOVERING frem for NEDRIVNING og NYBYGGERI. Gennem dette retslige bottom-up værktøj bliver arkitektur en åben proces, der indebærer at etablere partnerskaber, udarbejde lovgivning, filme fortællinger, udvikle kommunikationsstrategier, koordinere kampagner, indsamle stemmer og opbygge en bevægelse.

How does one actually do it in practice if, as an activist citizen and industry, you want to influence European legislation?
Follow the creation of the policy laboratory HouseEurope! To Build Law follows the architecture office bplus.xyz (b+) and the teaching and research platform station.plus (s+) as they establish HouseEurope! with the aim of proposing reforms in the construction sector and changing cultural norms.
To Build Law closely follows the b+ team through various stages of conceptualization and development of a European Citizens’ Initiative that promotes RENOVATION over DEMOLITION and NEW CONSTRUCTION. Through this legal bottom-up tool, architecture becomes an open process that involves establishing partnerships, drafting legislation, filming narratives, developing communication strategies, coordinating campaigns, collecting signatures, and building a movement.
