At skabe modstandsdygtighed - Kystlandskaber i forandring

Klimaforandringerne kommer til at forandre fremtidens kystlandskaber. Hvordan skal vi tilpasse de danske kyster til stigende havvand og hyppigere stormfloder?

Forskning og erfaringer peger på, at vi bør arbejde med naturen i stedet for kun at anvende byggede løsninger. Denne eftermiddag vil forskere fra KU og DTU, som alle undersøger løsninger på fremtidens kystbeskyttelse give et indblik i, hvor de er med deres forskning.

Arkitekt Anna Aslaug Lund vil præsentere både historiske og internationale eksempler på landskabsbaseret kystbeskyttelse og Dragør Kommune vil præsentere deres arbejde med en vision, der integrerer kystbeskyttelse og ny natur. Borgmesteren vil sammen med forskerne bl.a. diskutere hvordan vi fremover kan omdanne vores kyster, og hvordan vi afvejer beskyttelse af kulturlandskaber med resiliens og de forandringer, som stigende havvand medfører.

I panelet er adjunkt på KU med speciale i kystbeskyttelse Anna Aslaug Lund, professorer fra hhv. DTU og KU, Karsten Arnbjerg-Nielsen og Gertrud Jørgensen samt Dragør Kommunes borgmester Helle Barth samt Direktør i Dragør Kommune, Mads Leth-Petersen. Modereret af Sofie Stilling.
