Social bæredygtighed i arkitekturen

ONV Arkitekter viser rundt og fortæller om arbejdet med socialt bevidst arkitektur i deres projekter ‘Venligbolig Plus’ og transformationen af ‘Betty 1+2’ på Frederiksberg.

For enden af den grønne sti på Frederiksberg ligger de nye socialt bæredygtige boliger Venligbolig plus, der bygger på aktive hverdagsvenskaber. Konceptet gentænker en unik dansk tradition for boliger af høj kvalitet med social omtanke. I alt er der 74 beboere, fordelt i tre kuber, hvor halvdelen er unge flygtninge med en dansk studerende som nabo og “buddy”. 

I nærheden, på Betty Nansens Allé, er der to mindre blokke af otte-etagers højhuse, som inden renoveringen præsenterede sig som anonyme, monofunktionelle, modulære bygninger som et spejl for deres tid. Under ledelse af ONV Arkitekter og Rambøll har de to boligblokke nu undergået en gennemgribende transformation både ude og inde, der har udmøntet sig i to multifunktionelle bygninger, der nu rummer boliger til unge og ældre samt beskyttede boliger og boliger for bevægelseshæmmede.


Mødested: Venligbolig Plus Roskildevej 54D. Herefter fælles cykeltur/gåtur til Betty Nansens Allé 57.

Obs. Ved Venligbolig Plus, frabedes gæster at gå ind i gårdrum, og i stedet blive på vejen foran.
