Kom med når Arkitekt Uden Grænser viser rundt i deres seneste projekt Byg Udenfor – midlertidige boliger for hjemløse.

Arkitekter Uden Grænser

Projektet Byg Udenfor består af seks mindre 15m2 mobile bo-enheder for hjemløse. Bo-enhederne er designet med input fra lokale hjemløse og er opført en ad gangen med beboerne som medhjælpere. Boligerne opstilles i midlertidige perioder, gerne et par måneder eller flere ad gangen på ledige kommunale arealer mellem de tidligere sygehusbygninger ved Amtssygehuset. Projektet er skabt af hjemløse-organisationen Projekt UDENFOR og er designet og opført af Arkitekter Uden Grænser. Projektet er senest blevet tildelt Stadsarkitektens Særpris for Midlertidig Arkitektur med følgende begrundelse:

"Der er skabt ejerskab, tilhørsforhold og fællesskab, og seks mennesker, der har haft svært ved at føle sig hjemme i vores samfund, har fået et bedre fundament for at skabe sig et liv i en mindre udsat position."

Arrangementet er gratis. Vi mødes ved Amtssygehusets hovedindgang, ved porten i bygningen Tage Hansens Gade 2 kl. 16.00. Omvisningen indledes med en introduktion til projektet ved arkitekt og projektleder Kim Pretzman.
