Den etnografiske dokumentar ‘Not Just Roads’, viser konstruktionen af en massiv motorvej i Nordindien, der skal åbne mulighederne for en voksende middelklasse, men som samtidig sker på bekostning af lokal flora og de små landsbyers idyl og uforstyrrethed..

Filmen introduceres af professor, cand.arch. og ph.d. ved Arkitektskolen Aarhus Tom Nielsen.
