AutoPoul var bilmekaniker, men nu er garagen, der længe har stået tom, blevet omdannet til en midlertidig bar og lokalt mødested i Nordvest. Stedet danner både fysisk ramme og tematisk udgangspunkt for en uformel samtale om, hvordan midlertidige initiativer kan spille en aktiv rolle i udviklingen af nye områder. Nordvest-grundens nye ejere, Arkitektfirmaet Adept, har inviteret folkene bag AutoPoul, strategikonsulenterne Grandville, og laboratoriet for urbane experimenter, Institut for X, til en samtale om stedsans, udviklingsprocesser og lokal forankring.
