Stedets Væsen – hvordan forankrer vi arkitekturen i stedet (DA)

En dialog-båret præsentation af stedssansning i praksis

Der åbnes i denne talk op for Stedets Væsen og hvordan man kan tilgå et sted ud fra en idé om indlejring i stedet for udvikling. Stedets Væsen er en afdeling hos innovationsbureauet NXT, der implementerer spekulative og regenerative greb i udviklingen af byområder og byggeprojekter, altid rodfæstet i en lydhørhed overfor de stedbundne kvaliteter og stedets skjulte stemmer – de sociale, de sanselige, de historiske og de økologiske.

I krydsfeltet mellem kunst, biodiversitet, cirkularitet og storytelling lyttes der til stedet med en sensitivitet overfor, og en ambition om at vække, de livgivende faktorer, som ethvert sted indeholder. Stedets Væsen foreslår en værdiforøgelse forankret i stedslighed, i de indlejrede kvaliteter og sigter mod en helhedsbetragtning af, hvad der opleves som værdifuldt levet liv i fremtidens bygninger og bymiljøer. Til talken vil man blandt andet få mulighed for at møde kunstneren bag Stedets Væsen, Madeleine Kate McGowan.

Arrangementet er et samarbejde med Art Hub Copenhagen.
