Best In The World (2022) Hans Christian Post

Det skal handle om forsiden og bagsiden af byen, der er kåret til verdens bedste at bo i – og som det er blevet en politisk genre at bashe. 

“Best In The World” er titlen på den dokumentarfilm om København, vi skal se. Og den danske hovedstad er som bekendt kåret som den allerbedste af bo i flere gange af store magasiner som Forbes og Monocle. Det har gjort byen dyr og utilgængelig for mange. Men er det også med til at skabe splittelse mellem dem, der bor i København og dem, der ikke gør?

Efter filmen dykker vi ned i en tendens, der er blevet udbredt blandt især politikere – nemlig, københavner-bashingen. For er der faktisk brug for et opgør med de fine saloner eller er det i stedet retorikken, der skal gøres op med? Er udflytningen af uddannelser og arbejdspladser i virkeligheden med til at gøre splittelsen mellem land og by større, selvom det modsatte synes at være intentionen? 

Vi har inviteret kulturjournalist Aminata Amanda Corr og forfatter og direktør på Arkitektens Forlag, Kristoffer Lindhardt Weiss. Anne Katrine Harders fra DAC modererer. 

Efter samtalen (på dansk) inviterer vi på en drink på BRUS mod din biografbillet.
