Syv kortfilm fra syv nationer: Senegal, Rusland, Belgien, Kina, Japan, Australien og England. Det bliver et fragmentarisk indblik i diversiteten af de æstetiske, sociologiske og økonomiske faktorer, der tilsammen giver et sted sin særegne karakter, men også en kropslig undersøgelse af, hvad filmmediet og moderne teknologi betyder for vores stedslige tilhørsforhold. Kom med, når vi spørger: Implicerer de teknologiske mediers globale rækkevidde vores stedsans globalisering eller opløsning? 

Filosof Søren Gosvig Olesen introducerer filmprogrammet, og instruktøren bag kortfilmen ‘Ndar – Saint-Louis’ Mikkel Niemann fortæller efterfølgende om sin film og oplevelse af Saint-Louis i Senegal.
