This participatory event will blend hands-on learning with discussions, fostering dialogue around the overarching theme of caring for common ground. Hosted at Skovhavelunden (Lundtoftegade 23) a community garden based on permaculture design and artistic processes, the evening’s sessions will engage transdisciplinary thinking in exploring new frameworks for regenerating ecological and social connections in the urban landscape.

The session opens with an exploration of co-creation and participation through perspectives from diverse practitioners. This is followed by a unique Dreaming Workshop led by Forening for Urban Aktionforskning, whose work explores co-creation, community and ecology in public space. The workshop is inspired by the art and permaculture project Gardening is Activism, by Skye Jin, which celebrates the transformation of space through interaction, care and creative action. During the workshop, which is open for all who wish to contribute, we will embrace togetherness and create a space for sharing ideas, concerns, and dreams of possible futures.

Through collective meditation in the sharing of speculative stories we will co-create a future of renewed possibilities – more responsive, open, and shared. Participants will share and search for meaningful stories and emotions they wish to offer for future denizens. To round off the evening, we will enjoy tea made from herbs harvested straight from Skovhavelunden, bringing a sensual connection with nature into this shared moment.

DAN:
