Film og samtale med Bjørn Nørgaard

Mød Bjørn Nørgaard, når vi viser filmen ‘A House is a Monument’ og efterfølgende taler med ham om hans tanker og idéer om arkitekturens væsen og formål.

I filmen introduceres vi til filosofien bag Nørgaards arkitektur gennem hans arbejde med Bispebjerg Bakke og de tanker, han her gør sig om arkitekturens sociale, æstetiske og bæredygtighedsmæssige ansvar. Særligt præsenteres vi for Nørgaards essentielle pointe om, hvordan det har afgørende betydning, at arkitekturen altid tænker langsigtet.

Vi fortsætter refleksionerne og samtalen med Bjørn Nørgaard efter filmen, når arkitekt og forfatter Marie-Louise Høstbo interviewer og ligeledes inviterer publikum til at deltage.

Filmen er blevet produceret til udstillingen ‘Huse er den mest udbredte form for monumenter’ på Munkeruphus om Bjørn Nørgaards arkitektoniske arbejder og aktioner med støtte fra Beckett-Fonden.
