Fra boligpolitik til praksis

Som den anden af tre debatter undersøger ‘Fra boligpolitik til praksis’, hvordan top-down-byplan møder bottom-up-demokrati i den toneangivende byudvikling i Tingbjerg, og hvordan vi kan lære fra andre danske eksempler.

"Jeg kan slet ikke vente med at blive et bedre menneske, når de rige flytter ind. Men hvor skal børnene lege?” er et tilbagevendende spørgsmål, der møder den foreliggende helhedsplan for Tingbjerg. Ifølge boligselskaber og forskere skal byudviklingen i Tingbjerg tegne fremtiden for, hvordan den såkaldte “Parallelsamfundslovgivning” implementeres på tværs af den almene sektor. Med udgangspunkt i Tingbjerg vil debatpanelet undersøge, hvordan “Parallelsamfundslovgivningen” udfolder sig i praksis, hvilke konsekvenser den har for lokale fællesskaber og arkitektoniske kvaliteter, og hvordan planlægningen kunne lære fra alternative tilgange til byplanlægning.
