EN:

How can architecture create awareness and change through materials, time, and care?

In this salon, Slaatto Morsbøl and Tom Svilans meet in a conversation about slowness, reuse, and the sensory dimension of building. Their two pavilions — Inside Out, Downside Up and Barn Again — both explore how architectural gestures can challenge the culture of demolition and new construction. Together, they discuss how ideas of repair, transformation, and tactile presence can support the HouseEurope! vision of a more sustainable and socially rooted built environment.

DA:

Deres to pavilloner — Inside Out, Downside Up og Barn Again — undersøger begge, hvordan arkitektoniske greb kan udfordre kulturen omkring nedrivning og nybyggeri.
