Meet the architect behind the extensive renovation of Nikolaj Kunsthal’s foyer, shop, and café, completed in 2022. In an informal Q&A format, Morten Emil Engel – who has previously worked with firms such as COBE – will share insights into the process of transforming the historic church interior into a modern experience space, while maintaining respectful for its historical context. The renovation has been praised by international architecture and design media including Dezeen, Design Anthology UK, Yellowtrace, and The Spaces. Free admission and happy hour at the bar.
